Download irc-U

This file is a Self-Extracting zip file (EXE) with the full script and it will extract the script's files in C:\irc-U.
irc-U directory will be created (extract to C:\).

When you will run the script for the first time, you'll be given the option to create shortcuts for mIRC's executable (mirc.exe) and irc-U's help file (irc-U.hlp).
These, you may delete with the /uninstall command (if you create them in the first place, of cource).
